力矩电机如何使用事宜
1.力矩电机的使用是否合适。某种程度上决定于所选规格是否恰当。
2.为了获得良好的卷绕特性。力矩电机的转速应在某一范围内工作，因此要求卷绕比（空盘与满盘之比）不可过大，一般应控制在1：4的范围之内，对于抗拉能力较大的产品此范围可适当扩大。
3.力矩值的调整。不同的负荷需要不同的力矩值来完成卷绕。它可通过调整控制器的输出电压来达到目的，即输出电压高时力矩值可以增大，反之，减小。
4.力矩电机使用时，冷却风机必须长开。开启顺序为先开风机再开电机。关闭时应先关掉电机电源，待风机继续运转10分钟后，再关闭风机电源。这样可以延长电机使用寿命。
YLJ系列力矩三相异步电动机是一种具有软机械特征的宽调速范围的特种电机。能广泛应用于金属加工、塑料、印刷、纺织、造纸、电线电缆、橡胶、化工机械等工业中。当负载增加时，电机出轴的转速随之降低而输出力矩增加，保持与负载平衡，在结构上采用独立的轴流或离心式风机（100机座号及以下除外）作强迫通风冷却。本系列电机、控制维护方便。在设计时考虑了立式安装的可能，安装尺寸符合IEC标准。本系列产品符合JB/T6297-2010标准。

YLJ series torque three-phase asynchronous motors is a kind special motor of soft mechanical characteristics of a wide speed range. Can be widely used in metal processing, plastics, printing, textile, paper, wire and cable, rubber, chemicals and machinery industries. When the load increases, the rotation speed of the motor shaft will decrease and the output torque will increase to keep the load balanced. In the structure it is using independent axial or centrifugal fans (except for frame size 100 or below) for forced air cooling. This series of motors are easy to maintenance and control, the possibility of vertical installation is also taken into account, installation dimensions meet the IEC standards. This series of motors meet the JB/T6297-2010 standards.
